Dr. Naderi saw her and immediately referred her to a MOHS surgeon who agreed with Dr. Naderi’s suspicion that the mole is not benign. The MOHS surgeon biopsied and resected the skin cancer and then Dr. Naderi reconstructed the MOHS defect using a local bilobed flap followed by Dermabrasion for scar improvement. |
